In the speech, Mr. Zhuang Enyue first introduced the meaning and impact of non-performing assets in the new era, analyzed content related to green development in the 13th Five Year Plan, and used five basic elements “metal, wood, water, fire and earth” to summarize our country’s economic priorities in 2016. As the Fed raised the interest rate of dollar, Renminbi was included in the SDR currency basket, China’s economy faces profound changes, and principal contradiction is changing, China’s central government is vigorously promoting supply-side reform, which is good for effectively disposing non-performing assets, accelerating the consumption of over capacity, driving economic growth and adapting to the “new normal”. In his speech, Mr. Zhuang Enyue underlined the disposition of non-performing assets such as enterprise debt organization and bank’s debt-to-equity, and analyzed the impact of non-performing assets on the debt and economic situation of banks and even China under the current macroeconomic background. 图片5
