Prof. Guo Qingwang is the Dean of School of Finance of Renmin University since 2007. He received a Ph.D. in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in July 1994. He was a senior visiting scholar both at Tilburg University in Netherland from January 1996 to July 1996, and at Australian National Universityfrom Aug. 2002 to Jan. 2003. His reseach interests mainly include fiscal and taxation theory and policy, macroeconomy theory and policy and economic growth theory.
