Zhou Daoxu holds a PhD in Finance. He is a researcher and member of 11th All-China Youth Federation Standing Committee, and member of China Finance 40 Forum. Now he serves as Deputy Secretary-General, Guizhou Provincial People’s Government; Director of Guizhou Provincial Finance Affair Office.
