Prof. Tu Yonghong is professor at School of Finance, Renmin University of China. Her research interests are international finance, foreign exchange risk management, commercial banking and assets securitization. She is an expert in internationalization of RMB, and has been in charge of writing the RMB Internationalization Report since 2012. She led the research team to create the RMB Internationalization Index (RII) which set up new criteria for measuring RMB Internationalization. She obtained PhD degree in Finance in 1996. She was visiting scholar at University of Virginia from 2005 to 2006.
