Mrs. Sally Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association,which is a non-profit-making organization that represents the fund management industry in HongKong. She represents the industry in liaising with the authorities, legislators, media and otherstakeholder groups to discuss issues that have implications to the Hong Kong mutual fundmarket and the Mandatory Provident Fund (“MPF”) Schemes market. She also takes an activerole in investor education and research initiatives.

Mrs. Wong is a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee and a member of the MPFGuidelines Committee. She was a non-official member of the Hong Kong SAR GovernmentAdvisory Committee on Bond Market Development. She was a chairman of the InternationalRegulatory Affairs Working Committee of the International Investment Funds Association; and is currently a member of the Committee.In addition, she has also been representing the Association to speak at major international fundindustry conferences and a range of educational and promotional events.
黄王慈明女士任职于香港投资基金公会。多年来，黄太一直代表基金业与有关的监管机构、政府部门、立法会议员及媒体紧密联系，反映业界的意见。在基金业的监管架构发展工作上，她积极支持，务求不断提高基金业的专业水平及推动行业的发展，以巩固香港作为国际资产管理中心之地位。此外，无论是在香港强积金或零售基金的层面上，她均致力推动投资者教育及参与行业相关的研究项目。黄太现时是香港恒生指数顾问委员会成员及香港积金局强积金计划指引制定委员会成员。她曾是香港特区政府债券市场发展咨询委员会的非官方委员及国际投资基金公会的国际监管事务委员会主席；现时是该委员会成员。此外，黄太亦经常获邀在国际性的基金业会议发言，并积极与国内及海外基金公会及业界交流。
