Prof. Tu Yonghong is the Deputy Director for International Monetary Institute of Renmin University. She is also professor at School of Finance, Renmin University. Her research interest is in International Finance,Foreign Exchange Risk Management, Commercial Banking and Assets Securitization. She is an expert in internationalization of RMB, and has been in charge of writing the RMB Internationalization Report since 2012. She led the research team to create the RMB Internationalization Index (RII) which set up new criteria for measuring RMB Internationalization. She obtained PhD degree in Finance in 1996.  She was visiting scholar at University of Virginia from 2005 to 2006.
中国人民大学国际货币研究所理事兼副所长，中国人民大学财政金融学院教授。1996年7月中国人民大学货币银行学博士学位。2005年8月至2006年8月美国弗吉利亚大学访问学者。1993年4月至今在中国人民大学财金学院任教，1999年晋升为副教授，2008年晋升为教授。科研方向：国际收支及汇率理论、外汇风险管理、商业银行管理、结构性金融。
