韩国对外经济政策研究院副院长

Mr. Hoyeol Lim is vice president of Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) and former director general of the Bank of Korea (BOK). He received a MBA degree of international finance in Yonsei University and a PhD of economics in Hanyang University. He began his career as a foreign exchange dealer the Bank of Korea in Nov. 1979. In Oct. 1993, he worked as the representative of BOK’s New York office and later in Feb.2007 he became head of financial industry team in the research department of BOK. He was chief representative of Beijing office and director general to Greater China India ASEAN of BOK in Oct.2010. Mar. He was the deputy chairman of the Northeast Asian Economic Association of KOREA since 2015.
林虎烈，韩国对外经济政策研究院副院长。毕业于延世大学校经营大学院经营学科获经营学硕士，及汉阳大学校大学院经济学科经济学博士。1979年加入韩国银行国际局，任外货资金交易员；1993年任韩国银行纽约事务所副代表；1998年加入国际通货基金(International Monetary Fund), 任派遣官；1999年加入韩国金融研修院(Korea Banking Institute), 任主任教授；2002年任韩国银行通貨政策局金融调查处长；2006年任韩国银行调查局欧美经济处长；2007年任韩国银行调查局金融产业处长；2009年任韩国银行60年史编纂委员会 委员长；2010年任韩国银行企划局局长调查员；2010年任韩国银行北京代表处首席代表（管辖中国、印度等亚洲15个国家）；2014年任韩国对外经济政策研究院(KIEP)国际合作政策本部主任；2015年至今，任韩国东北亚經濟学会副会长。
