Mr. Albert C.K. See is the Chief Representative of Bank Negara Malaysia Beijing Representative Office since March 2012. He received his B.A. in Economics and M.Phil in Economics from University of Cambridge. Albert began his career at Bank Negara Malaysia in 1998, and served as the Deputy Director in in the Economics Department, leading a team for the surveillance of the global economy and Malaysia which include regular presentations at the Monetary Policy Committee. He also led cross-sectional teams in various platforms, including the liberalization of capital accounts and Bank’s advisory role to the Government on economic reforms. He set up the Beijing office in March 2012, and leads the China team for the surveillance of the Chinese economy, manages relationship with Chinese regulators and advances the Bank’s RMB policy initiatives.
2012年3月至今，任马来西亚中央银行驻华首席代表。他在剑桥大学获得经济学学士和硕士学位。他于1998年加入马来西亚中央银行，任经济部门副主管，监管国际经济并对货币政策委员会定期报告。同时，他也担任促进资本账户开放以及国家经济改革的咨询顾问。自北京办事处成立以来，他领导中国的团队监管中国经济，协调与监管机构的关系，并为央行提出人民币政策改革建议。
