Mr. Zhang Yansheng, researcher, PhD supervisor, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1984, secretary general of the academic committee of the National Development and Reform commission, adjunct professor ofPeking University, Renmin University of China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology with special government allowances of the State Council,former president of The National Development and Reform Commission of Foreign Economic Research Institute, with his professional research field of international finance and international trade.
张燕生，现任国家发展和改革委员会学术委员会秘书长、研究员，博士生导师。兼任北京大学、中国人民大学、华中科技大学等校兼职教授，享受国务院颁发的政府特别津贴。1984年华中科技大学研究生毕业，曾任国家发展和改革委员会对外经济研究所所长，专业研究领域为国际金融和国际贸易。先后主持或参与国家社会科学重点课题，国家经济与社会发展规划重点研究课题等。曾出版中、英文专著（包括合著）二十多部，发表学术论文三百余篇。曾荣获孙冶方经济科学著作奖、国家发展和改革委员会优秀研究成果一等奖（科技进步奖）等,并于2008年11月29日承担中央政治局第9次集体学习讲解。
