Mr. Li Ruogu is deputy director of International Finance Forum. He was the president of the Export-Import Bank of China. He is Master’ssupervisor of the Graduate Department of PBoC, academic member ofthe post-doctoral research station of PBoC. He received a Master’s degree in law from Peking University in 1981, Master in public management from Princeton University in 1983.He used to be the director of International Department, assistant governor and deputy governor of PBoC, executive director of China’s office of Asian Development Bank, council member of IMF China, African Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, and Southeastern African Development Bank. He was a member of monetary policy committee of PBoC from April 2003 to September 2005.
李若谷，原中国进出口银行董事长、行长，人民银行研究生部硕士生导师、学位评定委员会委员，人民银行金融研究所博士后流动站学术委员会委员。1981年获北京大学法学硕士学位，1983年获美国普林斯顿大学公共管理学硕士学位。曾任 中国人民银行国际司司长、行长助理、副行长，中国驻亚洲开发银行执行董事，国际货币基金组织、非洲开发银行、加勒比开发银行和东南非开发银行等机构的中国副理事。现任国际金融论坛（IFF）常务副理事长。2003年4月至2005年9月曾任中国人民银行货币政策委员会委员。
