Mr. OzlenSavkar is currentlytheEconomicCounsellorof TurkishEmbassy in Beijing since February 2015. Priortothisassignment he served as theResidentRepresentative of the Central Bank of Turkeyin Japan and theEconomicCounsellor of TurkishEmbassy in Tokyo from 2012 to 2014.

AfterGraduatedfromMiddle East Technical University in Ankara,hejoinedthe Central Bank of Turkey(CBRT) in 1989. He earned his MBA in Finance degree in 2000 fromLoyolaUniversity Chicago withthescholarship of CBRT. Between1989-2012 he worked in variousdivisions of Financial MarketsDepartmentsuch as Open Market Operations, InterbankDomesticMoney – Foreign Exchange (FX) MarketsandForeign Exchange Markets.He has a vastexperience in domesticandinternational Money-Bond-FX markets, reservemanagementandapplication of monetarypolicy.
自 2015年2月以来一直担任土耳其驻北京大使馆经济顾问一职。在此之前，他曾担任土耳其中央银行日本常驻代表，2012年至2014年担任土耳其驻东京大使馆经济顾问。OzlenSavka在安卡拉的中东技术大学毕业后，于1989年加入了土耳其央行(CBRT)并于2000年获得了芝加哥洛约拉大学金融MBA学位。1989 – 2012年,他曾在金融市场各个领域工作过，如公开市场操作,国内银行间外汇市场和国际外汇市场，在国内外货币债券外汇市场以及储备货币政策的管理和应用方面有丰富的经验。
