Mr. Wu Nianluis the General Director of China Finance Institute, Doctoral Supervisor of PBoC School of Finance, Tsinghua University and Central University of Finance and Economics, Special researcher of China Minsheng Academy, Adjunct professor of Renmin University, Nankai University, University of International Business and Economics, Wuhan University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He has published more than 200 academic papers, some of which was reprinted in Hong Kong and abroad and received national awards.He graduated from School of Foreign Language, Nanjing University in 1960 and started his career as international finance researcher in Bank of China. He was a visiting scholar in Swiss Economic School and Union Bank of Switzerland in 1989. He was governor of Luxembourg Branch of Bank of China.
吴念鲁 著名国际金融学家，享受国务院特殊津贴。曾任中国国际金融学会副会长兼秘书长、中国金融学会常务理事兼副秘书长、中国银行国际金融研究所所长、中国银行体改办主任、中国银行卢森堡分行行长、《国际金融研究》杂志主编，现任中央财经大学金融学院、清华大学五道口金融学院教授、博导，中国人民大学等多所高等院校兼职教授。

他长期从事国际经济金融研究、实务与教学工作，积极参与金融体制改革，主持多项国家级重点课题研究，取得了大量科研成果。其研究领域主要涉及国际国内金融的诸多方面，尤其在国际收支，外汇储备，人民币汇率，商业银行经营管理等方面有很深的造诣和实践经验。
